You’ll work directly with up-to-date materials and real-world documents, ensuring you gain practical skills that prepare you for real signing appointments. Master the skills needed to handle the six most important loan signing documents. This includes understanding their purpose, explaining them to signers with confidence, ensuring they are executed correctly, and performing accurate notarizations. By focusing on these critical documents, you’ll build the expertise to navigate loan signings efficiently and professionally, leaving clients and companies impressed with your knowledge and attention to detail.

You will gain hands-on experience by participating in 4–5 mock signings, where you'll present documents, collect signatures, and complete the notarization process.

Gain a clear understanding of the SPW Code of Conduct and Signing Presentation Guidelines to ensure ethical, professional, and standardized loan signing practices.

This take-home assignment provides a practical, hands-on opportunity to apply what you learned on Day #1 by simulating your first loan signing appointment. You'll work with a real signing "deck", follow proper prep procedures, and practice completing a full signing from start to finish. This exercise helps build your confidence and ensures you're prepared for real-world scenarios.

The Notary Pros of IL, LLC offers a convenient three-payment plan for course enrollment. You may choose to pay the entire amount OR an initial deposit of $100.00 and make two equal payments of $49.50 each with the first payment due at registration. The remaining payments must be completed within two (2) weeks prior to the first class date. Enrollment is not considered complete until full payment is received. Failure to complete payments as described above will result in forfeiture of access to the course without a refund.
The Notary Pros of IL, LLC does not offer refunds if it is capable and willing to fulfill its obligations for a specific class date. However, at its sole discretion, the company may permit a student to reschedule a paid enrollment for a future class date, provided the request is submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled class. If a rescheduling request is approved, a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $75.00 must be paid before the student is reassigned to a new class date.
For payments made in installments, invoices will be issued and must be paid within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to pay installments on time will result in cancellation, with no refund of any amounts already paid.
