This INTENSE in-person 2-day specialized training equips notaries with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully execute loan signings, ensure compliance with the required legal and financial procedures, establish their business and observe the Signing Professional Wworkgroup (SPW) Code of Conduct and document presentation. The result is your having the Competence and Confidence to execute both buyer and seller packages from accepting an assignment, contacting the purchaser/seller, conducting the signing, responding back to the agency, title or escrow, through returning the package, invoicing for your services and receiving payment..
IL NOTARY ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING
- As of January 1, 2024, the Secretary of State mandates that individuals aspiring to be recommissioned or become newly commissioned Illinois Notaries Public to undergo a minimum of 3 hours of training. Additionally, they are required to pass a fifty-question test with at least 85% accuracy, facilitated by an Illinois Secretary of State (IL SOS) Certified Course Provider.
